- We currently ship within Malaysia only.
- Delivery is available for both West Malaysia and East Malaysia.
2. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Custom or made-to-order items may take additional time.
3. Delivery Time & Methods
- West Malaysia: Estimated delivery within 1-3 business days.
- East Malaysia: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days.
- Delivery times may vary due to public holidays, peak seasons, or unforeseen delays.
4. Shipping Fees & Free Shipping
- Free shipping for orders above RM500 (valid for both West & East Malaysia).
- Shipping fees (if applicable) will be calculated at checkout.
5. Local Pickup Option
- We offer free local pickup at our store.
- Customers will receive a pickup confirmation via email or SMS once their order is ready.

- Store hours: Monday to Friday (10am – 6pm)
6. Tracking Your Order
- Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
- You can track your order on the courier’s website.
7. Free Returns Within 30 Days
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached.
- Return shipping is free—contact us to initiate a return.
8. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
- If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us.
- If your package is lost or damaged in transit, we will assist in resolving the issue with the courier.
