• Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order, provided it has not yet been processed or shipped.

• After 1 hour or once the order has been processed, cancellation requests will no longer be accepted.

3. Non-Cancellable Items
The following items cannot be cancelled once the order is placed:

• A full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

• Refund processing may take 7–14 business days, depending on your payment provider.

5. PuasDeco’s Rights
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to payment issues, stock unavailability, or if fraudulent activity is suspected. In such cases, you will be notified, and a full refund will be issued.
